回民餐厅部分菜单翻译

牛肉拉面：beef ramen noodles
羊肉拉面：mutton ramen noodles
鸡蛋拉面：egg ramen noodles
刀削面：sliced noodles
牛肉刀削面：beef sliced noodles
红烧牛肉面：braised beef noodles
青椒炒肉：saute pork with green pepper
蘑菇炒肉：mushroom fied pork
番茄炒蛋：fried egg with tomato
辛辣白菜：hot and sour cabbage
牛肉泡馍：beef sup with shreded cake
羊肉泡馍：mutton sup with shreded cake
杂酱面：mixed noodles
炸酱面：deep-fried noodles with sauce
羊肉串：lamb shashlik
牛肉烩面：beef stewed noodles
还有很多才不知道怎么翻译，如果大家知道可以帮我补充下，比如，拌面。。

牛肉拉面：beef ramen noodles --->> Is ramen a transliteration of Lamian in Chinese? Actually it is widely recongonised nowadays 拉面 should be translated as "stretched noodles"
羊肉拉面：mutton ramen noodles
鸡蛋拉面：egg ramen noodles
刀削面：sliced noodles
牛肉刀削面：beef sliced noodles --->>Sliced noodles with beef
红烧牛肉面：braised beef noodles -->> Braised noodles &amp; beef in brown sauce
青椒炒肉：saute pork with green pepper --->> suate is very good word, I suppose it's from french cuisine? actually we put 炒 as stir-fried in English since in other countries they don't cook this way
蘑菇炒肉：mushroom fied pork -->>stir-fried pork with mushroom
番茄炒蛋：fried egg with tomato -->same
辛辣白菜：hot and sour cabbage -->> hot here may cause misinterpretation, better put it as chilly
牛肉泡馍：beef sup with shreded cake -->> steamed bread sipped in beef soup
羊肉泡馍：mutton sup with shreded cake --->>same
杂酱面：mixed noodles
炸酱面：deep-fried noodles with sauce
-->> noodles with bean paste
羊肉串：lamb shashlik -->>very good
牛肉烩面：beef stewed noodles -->> thanks for reminding the word stewed
